It's All About Energy

Everything You Want to Achieve Requires Energy . . .

so here's a few tips to help you maximize yours.

Your daily emotions can increase your energy or foster fatigue.

Emotion, energy in motion, is a powerful source of internal fuel for the body. Harnessed effectively, it can help you achieve what you want faster and easier.

My emMatrix work recognizes that all of our emotions affect our energy levels in 1 of 3 ways:  Rejuvenation, Acceleration or Depletion.  As we go through these 3 stages, our energy responds accordingly.

Today, let's focus on rejuvenation.

Rejuvenation:  What does it feel like?

  1. Some emotions produce a natural high that renews and invigorates.
  2. Emotions of this type produce endorphins and perpetuate even more of the same great feelings.
  3. Energy levels increase as do your energy reserves.

Think of it like an internal power plant that recycles part of its fuel to create even more fuel.

Fun, playfulness, excitement, enthusiasm, gratitude, faith, love, positive anticipation, joy, passion, happiness and inner knowing fall into the rejuvenation category.

Here's how to make rejuvenation a habit:

- Set aside 15-20 minutes a day to indulge in one of the rejuvenating emotions.

- You could listen to a funny CD, recall a funny moment, play with your kids or your dog, take a walk in nature, meditate or reflect on someone you love.
